The Complete Puppy Pathway gives you continuity across those stages, with personalised support that can adapt as your puppy grows.
You won’t need to decide later whether to add another programme or start again with someone new. We’ll build the foundations first, then keep developing them as everyday life and adolescence bring new challenges.

TIMING AND SUITABILITY
- The Complete Puppy Pathway is designed for puppies starting early in their first year. In most cases, puppies should join before 12 weeks of age, although newly rehomed puppies may be suitable up to 20 weeks, depending on their circumstances.
- The Puppy Kickstart should usually take place within seven days of your puppy arriving home, so we can support those early routines and first questions from the start.
- Suitability, timing, location, and the total price, including any travel costs, are confirmed before payment.

HOW OLD DOES MY PUPPY NEED TO BE TO JOIN THE COMPLETE PUPPY PATHWAY?
The Complete Puppy Pathway is designed to begin early in your puppy’s first year. In most cases, puppies should join before 12 weeks of age.
If you’ve recently rehomed an older puppy, they may still be suitable up to 20 weeks of age, depending on their individual circumstances. The Puppy Kickstart should usually take place within seven days of your puppy arriving home.
If you’re not sure whether your puppy fits the timing, register your interest and I’ll check suitability with you before you pay.
DO I NEED TO PAY BEFORE I KNOW WHETHER THE PATHWAY IS SUITABLE?
No. The Complete Puppy Pathway isn’t a direct-purchase service.
Start by registering your interest and telling me a little about your puppy, where you’re based, and the support you’re looking for. I’ll then confirm suitability, timing, location, and any travel costs with you.
Once we’ve agreed that the pathway is the right fit and you know the total price, you can pay and we’ll arrange your first steps.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PUPPY’S NEEDS CHANGE AS THEY GROW?
That’s exactly what the Complete Puppy Pathway is designed for.
The focus of your training can change as your puppy develops, so we can adapt what we work on as new skills, challenges, and everyday situations arise. You’ll build foundations first, then continue developing and applying those skills through adolescence.
You can also use your Private Support Hub to keep me updated between sessions, ask questions, and let me know when something changes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T USE ALL OF MY SESSIONS?
The pathway is designed to be completed within your puppy’s first year, so the sessions need to be used within the relevant developmental stages.
Your four Puppy Life Skills sessions should be completed within three months, and your four Puppy Skills Progression sessions before your puppy reaches 12 months. All eight one-to-one training sessions should normally be completed by 12 months, unless an exceptional extension has been agreed.
Unused sessions are normally forfeited at the end of the relevant period, although exceptional circumstances can be considered individually.
WHERE DO THE TRAINING SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
Your Puppy Kickstart takes place at home, so we can look at your puppy’s settling-in period, routines, environment, and the practical questions that matter most in those first days.
Your Puppy Life Skills and Puppy Skills Progression sessions are arranged to suit the training goals we’re working on. Depending on what your puppy needs, sessions may take place at home, in Clyne Gardens in Blackpill, Swansea or in suitable real-life environments.
Your location and any travel costs are confirmed before payment, so you’ll know the total price before you commit.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE ONLINE COURSE AND PRIVATE SUPPORT HUB?
Your access to the comprehensive online Calm & Confident Puppy Course and your Private Support Hub continues throughout the Complete Puppy Pathway, up to your puppy reaching 12 months of age.
That means you can keep returning to the lessons, videos, infographics, and practical resources as your puppy develops, while also using your Private Support Hub to share progress, ask questions, and get support between training sessions.
WHAT IF I ONLY NEED HELP WITH ONE SPECIFIC PUPPY TRAINING ISSUE?
The Complete Puppy Pathway is designed for owners who want ongoing, joined-up support through puppyhood and adolescence, rather than help with just one isolated issue.
If you’re looking for something more focused, one of the individual puppy services may be a better fit. When you register your interest, I can help you work out which option is most appropriate for you and your puppy.
