TIMING AND SUITABILITY
- Your puppy must be under six months old when you enrol. The four Puppy Life Skills sessions should be completed within three months of enrolment, followed by four Puppy Skills Progression sessions. All eight personalised sessions should normally be completed before your dog reaches 12 months.
- Suitability, timing, location, delivery format, and the total price, including any applicable travel charge, are confirmed before payment. Any exceptional extension must be agreed in advance.

No. Because this is a personalised service, you’ll register your interest first. I’ll confirm suitability, timing, location, delivery format, and the total price before payment.
WHAT IF MY PUPPY IS YOUNGER AND I WANT SUPPORT FROM THE START?
If you want support beginning with your puppy’s first days at home, Puppy Essentials or the Complete Puppy Pathway may be a better fit because both include a Puppy Kickstart home visit.
